On behalf of the All-African People’s Revolutionary Party, we soulfully invite you to attend a special tribute to Great Son of Africa/Immortal Pan-Africanist, Kwame Ture (Stokely Carmichael), who physically disappeared almost 20 years ago on November 15, 1998.
This special tribute is scheduled for Saturday, December 1st, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Location: A Different Booklist 779 Bathurst Street, Toronto, ON M5S 1Z5.
Ancestor Kwame is the embodiment of the revolutionary aspects of our People’s culture. He projected the Revolutionary African Personality (RAP) based upon the cluster of principles underlying traditional African societies: humanism, egalitarianism and collectivism.
Ancestor Kwame was one of the architects of the Black Power Movement and worked tirelessly to build the A-APRP which was co-founded by Immortal Pan-Africanists Kwame Nkrumah and Amilcar Cabral.
Immortal Pan-Africanist Kwame Ture transitioned on November 15, 1998 and his obituary is permanently etched in our minds and souls:
Kwame Ture has died in his beloved Africa.
Affirming that if Africa’s children cannot alleviate Her sufferings,
at least we will share them fully.
– Kwame Ture –
May The Creator and our Great Ancestors be eternally pleased with his great works, sacrifice and undying revolutionary love for African people.
Forward to One Unified Socialist Africa!
